Description of Work: BudgetDry removed all the rubbish from my damp crawl space, then installed their Crawl Shield water proof liner, industrial de-humidifier and condensate pump. We've notice a big difference in the humidity in the house along with eliminating the musty smell.

Description of Work: We had water coming into our basement like a river ran through it. Called Budget Dry, they responded promptly, came and assessed the situation, gave me two solutions: one that was quite comprehensive and one that was acceptable. We opted to go with the lower priced acceptable solution. Work was done as described, on time, and within the scheduled time frame. In spite of the frequent heavy rains this summer, we have not seen a drop of water in anyplace it shouldn't be. Very happy

Description of Work: They installed piping to drain my basement, cemented it all over and put two sub pumps in. I had a problem with one of the sub pumps and I called them and they came right out and fixed it. I was very pleased. They were on time and on budget and very pleasant. It was everything that I had expected. I would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: He came and told me he did not think it was the foundation that was the problem - perhaps the gutters. He was the only one who said that and he turned out to be correct - except it was a leaky pipe indoors that was repaired by a plumber, not the gutters. Very honest as opposed to the others.

He dispatched Mike who checked every inch of our basement and pointed out a single leak over the cement block cubicle that houses our pump. Each time it rains, water enters from a single hole in its ceiling.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job - it was not an easy waterproofing job, they had to jack hammer the concrete floor, install their patented drains, and run a bubbler out into the yard. They did a great job and the basement was actually cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived. Even though the job ended up taking longer and more work than they expected, this company honored their quote. We just had a hurricane, and guess what - NO WATER IN MY BASEMENT!!!! Their system is top-quality - not like the open buckets I see in friends' basements - it is totatlly enclosed - this is important to me since I have young kids. Don't want a hole in the floor for them to fall into or play in.

I contacted the office for an appointment and they were able to have someone come out to my home within 2 days. The representative by the name of Roger who was one of their project managers showed up a few minutes early for the appointment. He was very personable and got right down to business. We went into the basement and we both walked the perimeter where he asked me numerous questions regarding my concern. He asked me what I was hoping to accomplish and I told him I was tired of a wet and smelly basement. Roger assured me that the problem could be fixed and we proceeded back upstairs where he went into complete detail of why my basement was leaking and how it could be fixed. He was very detailed in his explanation, but simple enough for me to completely understand the process. Once he had finished with his overview, he excused himself for about 10 minutes and went back into the basement to do some measuring. When he returned, he very clearly went through several options as how to approach my problem. After a brief discussion as to the best possible solution that was also within my means, I decided to have the full perimeter done so I could be guaranteed my basement would never get wet again. I was very impressed with the "guarantee" that Budget had to offer for their system. They guaranteed that if I did the full perimeter, my floor including to the center of the floor would not get wet. In all my research prior to having Budget come out, all the other companies only guaranteed 3 feet from the wall. Another positive was that they offered financing for me to handle this expense which I was not anticipating and getting the finance was very simple. Roger took care of all the paperwork and then the office scheduled my installation within about 10 days. The installation crew showed up right on time and got right to work. I was very impressed at their work ethic as they never even really stopped to take a break. As promised they did finish in one day and they left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. The installation crew needs to be commended for their hard work, as this is very strenuos work and they made it look so simple. So far so good, we have had several rainstorms since my installation and not a drop of water! Keeping my fingers crossed and instead of dreading going into my basement when it is raining, now I am excited just to check it out.

Description of Work: In 2007 every time it rained I had water coming in from the bilco stairway and along the wall. Has made a big difference in the whole house, not just the basement. By the way,after the next rain storm, who do you think calls me? Mark!
