Description of Work: Repared large crack in foundation wall, which unrepaired allowed water to enter under flooring of finished basement. The work done was perfect, with |no mess left behind. It could not have been done any better, and with complete professionalism. They cost a little more than their compitition, but the work done was far better with no outside digging, and a great warrenty that is transferable if we sell our home within 10 years.

Description of Work: WE had to canvel our contract because of house problems that had to be handled immediately. This caused a financial bind and asked Budget to cancel our contract. Realize they were within their rights to demand a 30% cancellation fee however, sharing a bit more of our down payment would have been much nicer customer service. Description of Work: Mark's presentation was excellent and very professional. Job went fine. Could have been slightly neater in the clean up. We chose to do half of our basement (the unfinished part.) We have our fingers crossed that our basement floods are a thing of the past.

Description of Work: Budget Dry Waterproofing came a bit early (no problem there). 3 fellows came in a truck with all equipment needed to do the job. I was able to remove a window in the basement area so they could have a shorter route into the basement. All work was done in a timely and efficient manner. They put drainage into 48 linear feet of basement floor in about 4 hours. I certainly recommend them for getting a dry basement area.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $50 for Basement Waterproofing Interior & Exterior Inspection & Analysis. He was pushy and high pressured. They did not want to hear anything I wanted them to do. He wanted to give his spiel and do all this work and I told him to leave.

Description of Work: This deal was for an evaluation for basement waterproofing. The information provided was comprehensive and the agent was punctual and professional. Should I decide to move forward with recommended upgrade I would use this company.

Description of Work: On time and friendly. Replaced my broken sub pump and recommended I get a dehumidifier. Didn't push one on me just provided the advice.

Description of Work: Installed a dehumidifier. Everything went well. They were on time and professional. The dehumidifier/air filter has changed the whole feel of the basement and my son and I can now spend lots of time down there without any allergy symptoms. Only complaint is the dehumidifier is louder than I thought it would be but I think we will get used to it.
