+ -1 moreHow did what go? The builder is incompetent. Angie's web site is not the easiest thing to use.
Description of Work: Although their address is in Montana, they also build, or try in Sandpoint Idaho. Six months after a fixture put in and bought by the builder failed and flooded my house - had been running for over a week, the builder did nothing. His guarantee of a year was as worthless as the paper on which it was written. Never use this builder. I am now in a lawsuit with this builder and have recently fdound out the house was not built to code. It is a mess and when you spend over a million dollars on a home and lot, you'd think the builder was somewhat decent. He had good recommendations, was considered an "exclusive builder" at the Idaho Club in Sandpoint Idaho. If I have anything to do with it he will never build another home. On top of that, his wife has the IQ of a cat turd and is a racist. NEVER use this builder
