A & B Appliances

Our washing machine began leaking into our basement. A call was made and he came as soon as possible and showed up at the time he said he would. He quickly determined the problem and was very helpful with recommendations on appliance purchases.

We were nervous about the project because it involved so many complications. We thought we would need electricians, carpenters, etc.,to get things finished. Al brought a very capable worker along to help with the alterations and the job was completed quickly without any headaches. The work areas were clean when they left and we were very pleased with the quality of work.

I found Al Bracey on Angie's List. I placed several calls to Al, and it took him several weeks to call me back. Perhaps he was on vacation, I don't know. Truthfully, he left a message on my answering machine and I didn't even listen to it. I feel that if he was on vacation, he could have left that message on the machine or something, so that people aren't waiting for him. I wanted for him. He is very close to me. This is a small town, and if I can, I would much rather give work to local people. He didn't call me back, so I went with someone else.

He was great. The price I spent was very reasonable. I had experience with them in the past and was very delighted to have re-found him because he is a very conscientious and reliable worker. He seems to have good working knowledge of appliances and as a matter of fact I might have to call him again for something else.

We purchased a new dishwasher to replace an older, poorly working one. The store where we purchased it, recommended Al Bracey. He was prompt, courteous, took away the old machine and left the worksite spotless.
