I cannot say enough good things about Dave Lallier and his son Wayne. They make a great team and are both very personable and a pleasure to talk with. From the initial quote to the final completion of the job, Dave was very supportive and helpful, ensuring that he could deliver a quality installation in a timely and efficient manner. Communication was always clear, prompt, receptive, and personable. As my project is located in a bonus area above the garage, Dave worked with the supplier to deliver the sheetrock thru a second-floor window rather than having it delivered thru the finished house and up the stairs. This allowed him to use 12-foot sheets instead of 8-foot sheets, resulting in a better-quality installation. Dave even came onsite during the delivery and helped me reinstall the window! My installation included a lot of 45-degree angles (due to the dormer windows and natural slope of the roofline) as well as lots of ceiling lights, speaker mounts, and other prewires that had to be pulled thru and cut around. It came out fantastic! Their work was clean and efficient and they cleaned up the space immaculately when they were finished. I spoke with a number of contractors before hiring and I am so happy that I chose Lallier Construction. I will be calling Dave and Wayne for all my drywall needs in the future. They do big and small jobs and also repairs. Don't hesitate to hire them!!

My husband and I had water damage on the ceiling and walls of our garage. We called Lallier Construction and they immediately called us back and provided a reasonable estimate. Wayne completed the job, he was excellent. Very responsive, professional and trustworthy. Our garage looks better than ever like there was never any water damage!

First, I am a real person and this is a real unsolicited review. David did drywall installation and work in our home. Besides doing first rate work, he is open to answering all questions in depth and explaining what and why his plans for the project are or suggested. He can be trusted to do an excellent job and I highly recommend him.

As a first time homeowner, I was nervous about any home reno that we'd have to do. Dave quelled all of those fears. From start to finish, Dave and his team were amazing!! His installation of drywall was perfect and he always left my living room immaculate. I would use Lallier construction again in a heartbeat and have referred him to my family.

Dave and his son Wayne did a fabulous job on our ceilings and repair of some of our plaster walls. They ensured the furniture and floors were well protected before starting the job. Cleanup was immaculate.

They was very quick to respond to my needs due to my house being listed for sale. The work was done in a timely manner and with great quality.

Great experience! Worked around my schedule and did a great job.

I hired Dave & Wayne to tape and mud the ceiling in my great room as well as the renovated kitchen. Ceiling was new 1/2" drywall that I had installed myself over popcorn ceiling. It came out fantastic. They left it seamless and perfectly smooth for paint. The kitchen came out excellent as well. They showed up on time, and worked quickly never leaving behind a mess.

Dave is very good contractor. I hired him to install new sheet rock and hardie backer board in my kitchen/bathroom and he did a great job. He is also very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to reach when you have questions.

I hired Lallier Construction a few weeks ago to install a new ceiling with no texture and it came out excellent. Time was of the essence for me and they definitely delivered. They have great workmanship and are very professional. Pricing was fair, very clean and flexible scheduling

This father/son team was fantastic. Tight seams, 3 layers of compounding-sanding after taping, excellent cleanup. Showed up when they said they would every day over this 5 day project...installing drywall in a large hidden room behind a walk in closet. Also took care of the popping screws on the walls going upstairs...at no extra charge. If you need this kind of work done....use them!!!! Haddam/Higganum

Did a great job. Very careful and did a high quality job.

They are good pros who can give a quote quickly. For me Dave was able to come out the very next day and finish the whole project in a couple of hours. Time was of essence for me.
