When I called, they said they were booked up for a while, but they could come out the next day if I could be flexible on the time. Since I only work about 10 minutes away and could come home with some notice, that was fine with me. As promised, the next day, they called me with 30 minutes notice, so that I could get home and they showed up right on time. The locksmith, Chet, was friendly and performed the work quickly and effectively. The new lock looks great, and works with the same key we already had for our other doors. I was back to work in no time. I used a $5 coupon offer they had for Angie's list customers and though I haven't used a locksmith in some time, the price seemed reasonable and fair to me. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone else!

He came over the same day we closed and was pretty efficient. He did the work and it was reasonably priced.

Company is small operation but they kept me informed of when parts would arrive. They made good suggestions for how to handle the work that I wanted to be done - (I didnt even think of the option of putting lever style door handles on instead of round but now I see how much easier they are to open when my arms are full of groceries, etc...!) Very nice workman. Very pleasant experience.

Called the 800 number and quickly spoke with someone that was able to assist. They were able to have someone out in about an hour. I received a call from the locksmith shortly before he arrived. Chet was very friendly and worked hard to unlock the door. The lock was stubborn but he persisted and was able to unlock it. I have not needed the services of a locksmith before but was satisfied with the experience.

I called after closing on my new house and the two guys from Absolute were at my house a half hour later. They rekeyed three deadbolts and four doorknobs. I didn't have the key for one doorknob, so he had to pick that one. After 30 minutes, they were done and I had four new keys that fit all my exterior doors.

We had problem with one door, in that the key didnt always work, but they came right back and fixed the problem

They came the same day because he said they were booked for the next week. They came two hours earlier than I expected. They called and they cleaned up after themselves. He brought a vacuum cleaner. It was $70 to come out and the total fee was $200. They were punctual and they cared about meeting my needs. The lock that was in there was from 1953 and the guy was really honest and said he had heard of locks like this but he was afraid he would put a hole in my door if he replaced it. He said the most economical way would be to add a deadbolt. I would use them again.

My daughter locked herself out of her condo on a Friday evening and was basically stranded. I found Absolute Security on Angie's list and because of the discount offered I contacted them. Jim, the owner responded within an hour and a half and had the door opened within a few minutes. The price was very reasonable and I'll definitely call Jim again if I need a locksmith.

Excellent service, price, friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Will use them again.

Jim from Absolute Security was terrific. I called him in advance to ask if he'd be willing to come to my town to install a peep hole viewere I'd purchased online on my front door, which is extra thick. He said yes and asked me to find out what size it was so he could bring the right tools. He scheduled the appointment quickly, arrived on time, and did the work quickly and professionally. He even tightened up my front door handle at no charge. I would definitely use him again!

Everything went smoothly. I had an Angie's List deal for this company. I called them and they came out a few days later. They were professional, kind, and did everything I as I had asked in a very timely manner. The duplicate keys are wonderful and made right on the truck. I would highly recommend the company and would use them again for any locksmith services.

They were very good. There was a problem and they came back right away and didn't charge. Their response was very good and their responsiveness was very good. He had a nice personality. The pricing was fair and they were quick to respond. Their pricing was average and up there with everybody else. I would definitely use them again.

The locksmith was very polite and offered all the choices I was looking for. He wasn't pushy about a specific option. I was at home the whole time, and he remained on task with the work for about 3 hours drilling the doors, making modifications based on the older doors I have.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB CHANGING MY FRONT DOOR LOCK AND BACK DOOR LOCK. WE HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH THIEVES PICKING OUR LOCKS, AND THE LOCKSMITH SAID THIS WAS ONE OF THE HARDEST FOR PEOPLE TO PICK, SO WE SHOULDN'T HAVE ANYMORE PROBLEMS.

IT TOOK THEM TWO SECONDS TO OPEN MY DOOR BECAUSE THEY KNEW EXACTLY HOW TO OPEN IT. THEY WERE REALLY NICE. THEIR PRICE WAS FAIRLY REASONABLE FOR HAVING TO COME FROM A DIFFERENT TOWN JUST TO OPEN MY DOOR.
