Absolute Security Locksmiths

Locksmith was great. Very professional and he did a great job. He had a "deal coupon" which I used and his prices were reasonable. I would definitely use this gentleman again.

Absolute Security provides the services that you would expect from a company by this name. They are consultants as well as skilled locksmiths. The work was done precisely; my door closes like that of a solid steel safe, which feels great! I'm definitely bringing them back for more work.

Had some trouble with getting a call-back to schedule an appointment, may have been Angie's List problem for providing my contact info incorrectly. Took a little longer than I thought it would, but he did a very good job. I thought a Big Deal (which I purchased) was all inclusive but I had to pay extra to have a key made.

It was fine. Basically they calle to say they would come early. They switched two dead bolts and rekeyed them and redrilled a hole in the door because it was not straight and so the key did not operate smoothly and know it does.

Called Absolute Security and asked to have our main doors rekeyed when we moved into our house. I think I called on a Thursday and the guy said he could be out by Sat morning. He even left his daughter at the DMV to come complete our job. He worked very quickly and efficiently and was very friendly. Gave us a discount for being Angie's List members and for paying cash! We feel very secure in our new house!

He was thorough and efficient. He cleaned up after himself and gave us good advice on an old doorknob and lock.

The locksmith called ahead of time to discuss the problem and the possible solutions. He was polite and courteous and did not rush me through my explanation of the problem. We set a date and time and he arrived on time. He brought all of the tools he might need, as well as a new lock set. He went right to work and was finished in less than an hour. The new door lock and deadbolt worked on the same key immediately and have been fine ever since.

It was fine. They changed some locks for me. They came out around the beginning of October and I didn't spend anything other than the cost of the deal. Their work was fine.

No contact at all, very disappointed.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and it was a good experience. I paid more than I had purchased the big deal for. The total ended up being close to 350 Dollars. They scheduled the appointment on time, and quickly and it was overall a good experience.

Rekeyed 2 locks. Keys looked scratched, but worked fine

Very responsive on the phone. I called him before my closing and he even reminded me to make sure the seller provided all the keys to all of the existing house locks. I closed on my house and he stopped by hours after the closing right on time. He did the work very quickly and was very friendly. No surprises and no issues with using the Angie's List coupon I had purchased. I would definitely use him again.

Service was terrific. Company was very responsive, and was able to accommodate my schedule. They arrived when they said they would, and completed the work quickly, and the quality is excellent. I was extremely happy with Absolute Security and would recommend them to anyone.

Replaced broken door lock. This was on an original door to house that is 175 years old, we didn't want new holes or the door disturbed in any way. It took a little elbow grease but new lock installed without switching key hole, so we could use the same key. Great

Not well will not hire or contact again.

I called and they were able to come right out. Arrived on time and was very professional and gave us good advise regarding the locks that we currently have installed. Had great pricing and would recommend to anyone and will defiantly use in the future.

Serviceman was on-time and professional. He made suggestions and gave options before work began. He worked quickly and we were happy with the work. Would use again.

This weekend, our front door deadbolt lock broke in the closed position. When I called first thing on Monday, I was promised service with 1/2 hour to 45 min. Chet arrived in 25 min.,removed the old lock, assembled and re-keyed the new lock to our existing key. The whole thing took only 1/2 hour. I will definitely recommend Absolute Security to anyone who needs locksmith services.

Everything with them was great and they were super prompt. They got back to us like in a day and the work only took like 15 minutes and so it was great. Everything about the locksmith experience was as good as can be expected or better. I would use them again if I have locksmith problems.

Bedroom door was locked from the inside and key was lost. An easy fix for the guy that performed the work. Very punctual and professional, made new keys for the lock on the spot (Lucky Strike Extra), and threw in a few locksmith jokes at no extra charge. Would use agin.

Still not sure how it happened since I thought I unlocked the front door, LOL, but I locked myself out of my house when I went outside to my yard. Luckily, my neighbors helped me find Absolute on their computer, as I didn't even have my phone with me. Absolute was the only company that I called which would help with a lockout. They were at the house within the hour, and were a pleasant company to work with.

I received a prompt appointment, arrival was punctual, and service was polite and professional. I was very satisfied with the finished product of the work, which was done in a timely and professional manner.
