Description of Work: I had difficulty getting in touch with the provider using the Angie email system. Once I called directly, they were very responsive, coming out the same day. The Angie's List offer was misleading in that the service I required was not covered - when I mentioned this to the provider, he said he had asked AL some time ago to modify the offer description as this had happened before with other customers.

Description of Work: I purchased a Deal of the Day, which from the description of the Deal included a re-keying of a lock along with two keys. The technician was punctual, communicated clearly and well, and did the job well. He was also a nice guy. At the end, though, he told me that I owed an additioal $31, as the Deal of the Day covered the service call but not the actual work. I paid, but found the description of the deal misleading.

Description of Work: Jim was great. Very punctual, responsive, and explained everything very thoroughly. We had all locks re-keyed in a new house and also had a garage door lock/mechanism completely replaced. He was friendly, accommodating, and trustworthy. I'd definitely use him again. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: We bought a condo and Jim rekeyed the existing door handle and changed out the deadbolt for a new one....since we did not have key for the deadbolt. Didn't take him long. He even worked around us going in and out of the doorway as we moved some of our belongings into the condo.
