Thank you Service Magic for referring me to First Services LLC. Todd returned my call promptly, scheduled pre-inpection, timeline for the repair, and final price range (Around $350). He was professional, courteous, and the standing bath shower leaking was fixed appropriately. Asked me to wait for 3 weeks to see for any leaking before closing the first floor ceiling. Cameback after 3 weeks, inspected, was satisfied, gave me a referral for fixing the ceiling, and took the payment. The referal was excellent, I am a happy customer, and I would definitely recommend him. You won't be disappointed.

He did a fantastic job. He installed a new kitchen sink and faucet. During the estimate visit, he took the time to carefully inspect and explain some potential issues. I really appreciated that he took the time. The installation was actually more difficult than anticipated due to the installation of the previous sink. He worked very hard and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Even with all the extra work, he was still within the original quote range. The new sink and faucet look fantastic. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

One day after filing the request, Todd called and came out that afternoon to review job. Todd provided quote that eveningm and performed the job (lengthing pipe and replacing tub faucet) the next day. Great service and responsiveness, Would highly recommend.
