Over the last three days I have had one of the most satisfying contractor experiences of my life. We had Patrick T Daley Painting out to paint our home’s cedar sided exterior and really couldn’t be happier. They did a great job, maintained our yard in super clean condition as they worked, were super courteous, good natured, helpful and just generally had a “can-do” spirit across the entire team. The owner Patrick worked alongside of his crew, and was the last man to leave the site everyday, making sure that everything was left in fine condition every night. All hand brushed, not sprayed, the job is far superior to the last two times the house was painted, both of those past contractors sprayed and back brushed the sprayed surface. The past paint jobs were even close to the quality of Patrick’s work! Happy, happy, happy!

It could not have been better! To have the entire inside of your house done is a big job, because you have to put so much away, and the painters are in your house, almost living with you, during that time. They were always courteous, fun to be with, respectful, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves every day. Willing to do little extras at no charge, and in general, were just really great to have around. Their presence was a plus, not a minus!

I have hired Patrick for large and small painting projects numerous times over the past 25 years. Patrick and his team are very professional, neat and responsible. Since Patrick and his team are trustworthy, I can go to work and not have any concerns. I have had neighbors compliment us on the job Patrick did painting the exterior of our house. I will continue to use his company in the future when needed and would highly recommend him to others.

Now I see why his signs are everywhere !! Patrick and company are an absolute pleasure to work with. First impressions were great. Returned my call same day as my initial inquiry just to acknowledge that he received my call even though he could not make it out to the house the following week. I liked that. It showed me that my business was important to him. Provided a verbal estimate and then when we decided to go with his company, a very detailed written estimate was provided. We did have a specific timeframe that we requested the work to be done and were really impressed with how Patrick worked to accommodate that. I think its also important to mention that his communication throughout the entire process is EXTREMELY impressive. His responses were always prompt and thorough and he is detailed oriented like we are so this worked out REALLY well. They arrived exactly when they said they would and his crew of 2 other gentleman were a pleasure to work with. Friendly, funny, easy-going, and just nice guys to have around. They were super friendly with our kids too and that was a nice touch. Job was started and completed within 3 days. Patrick reached out to us as necessary when some unexpected problems arose with the ceilings and kept us constantly informed. I am not confident with the other 2 painters we called, that we would have ever received the attention to detail (especially with the significant issues with the ceiling) as we did with Patrick's company. Cleaned up at the end of each day and made sure our new living room furniture was securely wrapped to protect from damage. We will undoubtedly be asking Patrick to come back for future jobs. Well worth every last cent !!!!

This contractor delivered excellence at every stage of the job. He promptly responded to my quote request, visited my home, and issued a detailed proposal . After a contract was executed, he adhered to the promised work schedule, and communicated whenever necessary. While on the job, the work performed was thorough, neat, and completed on time, at a fair price. Mr. Daly is a pleasure to work with, and a true professional.

The whole crew, Patrick included were great. They do beautiful work. Our walls looked 100% better when they were done, not just because of the new color :-) but because of the attention to detail. The original paint job, from when the house was built, was shoddy at best and they corrected a lot of defects. They were a very efficient crew as well so the work was done in only a few days.

It all went very well. They arrived on the date agreed to, worked all day for five days, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. They were pleasant, professional and helpful when asked to do a few extras. I would recommend them without reservation and will be using them again. My walls look great!

Totally great. Patrick's communication is excellent. The whole team, Patrick, Eric and, Mark are all really professional, fast and do great work with no fuss. Very nice to have around. They did all the windows too, and everything looks and works great. I'm very happy we chose them to do the house.

The owner sent an email in which he refused to supply a quote. According to the note they are too busy to supply a quote at this time but hope to be of more help with future projects. If you can't be bothered to look at the job, or call as was requested in the request for quote I'm sure I can find someone who wants my business.

Details as above. Provider forwarded his proposal to our correct email address after original review was posted. Proposal is dated a week after provider's visit. We have made other arrangements with another provider.

He was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. We ended up going with another company, but primarily because our schedules did not mesh. And even though we selected another option, he still provided us with advise and assistance.

We are very happy with the work that was done. Patrick, Mark and Eric were very punctual and professional. We wanted the work to be completed by end of October and Patrick was able to complete the job by the required time frame. He also answered all our questions and gave helpful suggestions. We would certainly recommend him and would be happy to have him for future work in our home.

He did well, listened when I had complaints and found things I wouldn't have thought about. He hired a carpenter to do repairs before he painted. They were efficient and cleaned up at the end of the day.

Execellent workmanship. I will not hesitate to use on my next project.

We simply selected the paint colors, and Patrick took care of everything in a prompt and reliable manner to ensure our satisfaction.

We have used Patrick for all of our painting needs for over 10 years. He has done work at our home (inside and outside) as well as at our business. Patrick, Mark and Eric are 3 of the most professional men you will ever have the pleasure of doing business with. I have called Patrick in an absolute panic and he never fails to accomodate us as his schedule allows. The work that these men do is meticulous, flawless and they get it done quickly and affordably. No trace of nail pops or falling tape. The bedrooms are now an eye pleasing beige and the bathroom a mellow cream color. The transformations are incredible! Yet another job well done!

We just moved into our first house and needed almost all of the rooms painted (They were almost all baby blue!). Patrick came by to give us an estimate right away and got back to us with the numbers almost immediately. Patrick and his team were extremely professional, did a great job on the walls, and were very nice people in general. We are actually going to miss them, and if we ever need anything else painted - He's they guy!

Timely and professional work was performed. No cleaning was needed on my part after they left.

He did a wonderful job, I recomend him to everyone! He was very professional and thorough and followed up after the job was complete.

We were real pleased with them until the ceiling. They used an oil based paint and they used a roller, so when it dried, we could see the marks. He didn’t bother trying to fix it or taking care of it. We then had our contractor come in and fix it. I felt like he was really nice guy and very accommodating and did a nice job on the walls, I just think that the follow up was terrible in doing the right thing without having to pay extra money. We were stuck with a huge ceiling with marks on it.

I couldn't ask for a sweeter person to paint my home. He is trustworthy and responsive. I have had him hear quite a few times and I feel comfortable with him in my house without being here. I wouldn’t have anybody else here after he has done work. He is just great and I plan on using him in the future for some exterior painting work.

They seemed to be a great company, and gave me a good big. However, the price was a bit high, so I decided to use someone else. I regret not using this company, and I would consider calling them next time I need my house painted.

Awesome, absolutely worth every single penny. It has been 2 years and paint still looks great. Would call them back for any additional painting needs.

It was AWESOME! Everything went very smoothly, I couldn't be more happy with the way the house turned out. It looks like a brand new house. What a fantastic job they did. I will definitely recommend Patrick to anyone who asks me if I know a good painter, but I'll have to reply "I know a great painter". :-) He and his two other painters, Mark and Eric, are very curtious and timely. They started at 7:00 a.m. sharp and cleaned up every night. They always asked if anything they left was in our way or if we wanted them to move it to another area. I will definitely be calling them again for any painting I need done, inside or out.
