I am so pleased with the work Tim did for me. He was prompt, professional, and very fast! The price was excellent -- less than it would have been for someone else to just come out and look at it, never mind fix it. He explained what happened and showed me the part that was defective. He also gave me some suggestions of how to avert the problem in the future (basically, move the dryer and vent out another way so that the dryer doesn't need to work so hard) and recommended someone who could help with that. Although I hope the need doesn't arise, if I ever need an appliance fixed again, I will definitely call Tim!

Came to my house in the time frame he stated he would, was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Was very conversational and willing to give pointers and advice to prevent further issues. He is an excellent appliance repairman and would recommend him to anyone. I got an awesome price for the work that was done and couldn't do myself on account that the refrigerator requires a code to replace the circuit board. If he lives in your area and you need appliance repair, I would strongly recommend him. I was very happy that I hired him on account of the reviews he had, they are accurate.

Owner called and diagnosed the issue over the phone, which ended up being the bearings on our front loading washing machine. He said to not bother trying to fix it as it was essentially a total loss. Then he gave me three recommendations for new washers based on his experience! All over the phone and at no charge! This is the way all companies should work.

The owner called back the same day I left a message and was able to schedule an appt. within 3 days. He arrived within the time frame he gave and was personable and professional. Repair was pretty straight forward (sock stuck in drain) but he also checked the pump. He spent about 1/2 hour altogether and I thought the charge was very reasonable. He also took a quick look at another appliance for me - not worth repairing, in his estimation. I have already recommended him to a friend. He will be my go to guy for appliance problems

Tim removed our old stove in installed the new one. As always, he was very neat, knowledgeable and professionable. He is a very personable and friendly person. He was very helpful in explaining the stove to my wife. We have used him many times and would heartily recommend him to anyone.

I've used them before but it had been a while. He knows appliances and he knew how long it would take to get it fixed even if it was outside his realm. He would tell me who to call. He is a really nice guy.
