gutter cleaning
+ -1 moreI called for an appointment so that I could take the day off, we agreed on a day, and they didn't show up, no phone call, nothing. They decided to come a week later without calling me so that I could be there. They left a huge mess on my back deck and front steps which I had to clean up when I got home. My house is on the market, so I need to keep it looking good at all times, and I was very surprised that they left a huge pile of leaves and debris on my front step and all over my back deck. They also left the hose on in the back of the house. When I sent in my check, I wrote a note stating that I was unhappy with the work, and they did call me to find out what happened. After explaining the issues, the only thing that was said was that she would look into which of her service men performed the work. They did not offer a free cleaning or even a discount for a future cleaning, nor an apology. The price was higher than other estimates, but because they had good reviews, I went with them. Big mistake, I would never recommend them, nor would I use them again, especially they didn't even offer to make it right.
Description of Work: I had contracted to have my gutters cleaned, colonial style house.
