+ -1 moreJosh, Jeff and the team were awesome. They identified many issues that had crept up over many years and past roof replacements. The team sistered and repaired all bad rafters and problem solved to correct the pitch and drainage of the roof system. Rebuilt porch rafter systems and made repairs to fascia boards. Great, personable, honest, meticulous and personable. Would not look anywhere else.
Description of Work: Replacing of rubber (EPDM) main roof as well as EPDM on porches and asphalt shingles on an older historic house.

They were always responsive, took enormous pride in their work, and were willing to work with me on a project that was not straightforward. It's not easy to find great contractors. Given my experience with River Valley Roofers, I wouldn't go anywhere else for roofing services.
Description of Work: River Valley Roofers completely replaced the roof on my historic home and prepared it for installation of a new solar system. This involved removing 2 layers of very old shingles down to the rafters, structural and masonry repairs, installing the new roof, and coordinating with my solar contractor to make sure the roof was up to spec for installation of a new solar system.

We were worried that we wouldn’t find a roofing company that had the skills and experience to deal with our old house, but Josh and Adam and their crew were both skilled and professional. There were several repairs that needed to be made outside of the roofing installation, and they were the only company to point out these necessary fixes during our initial consultation. The overall project cost was reasonable when compared to others, and they maintained great communication throughout. We highly recommend them.
Description of Work: River Valley Roofers tore off our old roof, fixed some broken rafters, added a cold roof for ventilation, and then installed a new asphalt roof for us that carries a non-prorated lifetime warranty.
