Description of Work: I purchased tile, grout and mastic from them (they do not install). They have a lot of tile to choose from and are very helpful in making selections. You can bring samples of paint, wood, counter-top, etc. and the designers will make suggestions for you to choose from. They will let you borrow samples to take home and see how they look in your setting.

+ -1 moreThese people are very easy to work with. They have an extensive selection of ceramic, porcelain, and specialty tiles. The showroom is spacious, and it was convenient to the plumbing house where we were purchasing all of the other fixtures and granite to remodel two bathrooms. We were able to take actual floor tiles home, and with us to the supply house, to be sure everything was coordinated. The desk help is very organized, and presents their grout colors, and recommends a good match, as well.
Description of Work: Provided porcelain tile for the remodeling of two bathrooms.

+ -1 moreThe sales reps at Universal spent unlimited time with us helping us select tiles for two bathrooms. Tom, in particular, is great with customer service right down to grout color. We are now moving on to,tiles for the front hall, kitchen floor and backsplash. It's a pleasure doing business there.
