+ -1 moreI bought a Groupon for (2) 2 hour cleaning sessions in Hartford County. When I called to schedule, the person groused about having to come up to Suffield (which is in Hartford County) so I agreed to a single 4 hour cleaning session before my big event rather than 2 smaller sessions. After rescheduling once, the day they were supposed to come, my husband stayed home from work (this is now the DAY BEFORE the event). They NEVER showed up! After many phone calls, they finally called back and said that their van broke down. They were very rude on the phone and not willing to make good on the appointment. I have no idea if they do a good job or not since they never showed up.
