Description of Work: The technician was fantastic. Scheduling was challenging. First, their website offered appointments that weren't available. Then they called me to reschedule the first appointment they made. It took a few weeks before they were finally able to make it to my home.

Description of Work: They originally came out for a pellet stove flue sweep and I had requested a general chimney sweep as well and installed chimney caps.They also came back per our request for sealing some cracks on top of the chimney as well as installing a top down damper and sealing off an additional flue (we had recently moved and wanted a clean pellet stove flue and a working open fireplace in the basement). I would definitely recommend them to another or if we needed additional work performed.
