They showed up within the time frame and performed the jobs very quickly. They put cloths down so as not to make a mess and cleaned up everything after themselves. They saw that we don't have a cap on our furnace chimney, but didn't push the product on us. Just told us the cost and how easy it would be to install it. Will definitely use them again.

I was given a window of 9am-12pm for them to arrive; they came closer to 2:45pm. Once they did arrive, however, they were professional and efficient, and completed the work with a minimal amount of disruption for me (I was working at home while they cleaned). They cleaned and sanitized the air ducts (10) and cleaned out the dryer vent (which is unusually long and required one of the men to climb under my neighbor's deck, where the vent opened out).

Very well. Mike and Dwayne showed up just toward the end of the estimated time they were supposed to arrive (10a-12p)... even called 30 minutes ahead of their arrival to let me know they were on their way! They cleaned the ducts first, which was a huge job. He then inspected and cleaned the chimney. They also recommended some necessary, but costly, repairs which I will keep in mind (and take care of when I can afford to.) As a bonus, Mike checked out my exhaust pipes and even took the rusty old TV antenna off the chimney for free!

Two young men did the work. They explained exactly what they would be doing and did the work in a professional manner. The work necessitated their being in all rooms of the house and they were polite and courteous and clean. We were very satisfied.

It went well-the person who would actually do the repair came to do the estimate within the time-frame the office folks set up. He took a digital picture of the chimney to show me the damage and gave me an estimate plus information about waterproofing which I found useful. I do not know exactly when they came back and did the work because it was outside and no one needed to be home to let them in to do the work. I can guess the day they came by the mortar scraps on our walkway. I also did not get an actual bill...we just had a copy of the estimate to work from. Getting a call to know when they were coming and then an actual bill would have been a bit more professional.

I think they did a great job; they came on time and showed me that they really knew what they were doing. I haven t used this company other than that but if I have anymore problems come about, I know who to call. I would definitely recommend them.

They have great prices and they have never overcharged me. I would use them again, but I don't have anymore chimneys for them to cap. I would recommend them to anyone. I have even told a couple of my friends about them.

They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I would have never known they were there except for the cap and that my chimney was clean. The only problem I had was that the serviceman had written down my credit card number wrong and they had to call me and ask me for it again. I know that is an easy mistake and can happen but I just thought it was a little odd. I also thought their price was a little high. This was the second time I have used them.

When I went to use the fireplace this winter the down draft problem still exists. Needless to say I had a very expensive chimney cleaning job which normally goes for $80-$100. The chimney caps sell for $35 at Lowe's or Home depot. I would not recommend this company due to their poor work performance and excessive pricing.

The company's representative, Chris, arrived on time, was very polite, respectful and professional. He listened to me and my concerns. I showed him the mold that was on the wall in the hallway below the return register. He and his helper were able to gain access to my attic, which is somewhat tricky, without complaint and inspected the AC unit, filters and vent connections. He did put a mold and mildew killing agent through the vents. He informed me of the excellent condition of my AC equipment. He had also inspected the chimney on my roof and had taken pictures of the water damage and moss growing in the cracks of the cement. My home is 25-years old and the damage he showed me was to be expected. We then discussed his recommendations on the work that was needed to prevent future problems and how much it would cost. I appreciated his diligence in going the extra mile by inspecting my chimney. The work he did on my chimney saved me from future problems and repairs.

THEY WERE A VERY RESPONSIVE COMPANY. THEY CAME AS SOON AS THEY COULD TO DO THE WORK. THE JOB WAS DONE FAST AND RIGHT. THEY EVEN ADDED SOME WATERPROOFING TO IT.

THEY QUOTE YOU A PRICE, AND WHEN THEY TURN UP IT IS A LOT MORE THAN YOU EXPECTED. THE SWEEPER WHO COMES IN IS MORE THAN JUST A MAN COMING TO SWEEP YOUR CHIMNEY. HE IS ALSO A SALESPERSON HENCE THE POOR SCORE. I KNOW WHAT I WANTED AND HE JUST DIDN'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THAT I KNEW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT.
