+ -1 moreI liked the work he did. I have an older house and there's a lot of electrical work that needs to be done. I can't afford to have it done all it once, but when I'm ready, I'll be calling them. He was reasonably priced and did good work. I was very happy with it.

+ -1 moreAdmittedly December is not the ideal time to be installing a generator especially when the ground is getting frozen because of cold temperatures settling in early in the Fall. Despite the conditions the provider did an excellent job in performing all of the installation work. I had no problems communicating with the provider by phone when it was needed. The work was completed very well, in a professional manner and in a timely fashion. The provider was thorough in explaining the operation of the generator from an electrical service perspective and walked us through how the generator would respond when service was disrupted and subsequently restored. It has become more rare to deal with a provider of this caliber and we appreciated the peace of mind given to us because of the quality installation performed. Caring about your customers should be at the top of any business's list of priorities and that was certainly exhibited here.
Description of Work: We had a whole house generator installed. As part of the installation we upgraded our electrical panel for 200 amp service and a separate electrical panel that controlled the generator. A trench of approximately 50 feet had to be dug between the house and generator for the electrical line and propane line. The generator was installed, the electrical wiring connections were made and the generator brought online and tested.
