+ -1 moreOverhead Door of Hartford was fantastic. Troy returned my call for service in less than 2 hours. Miguel and Branden came out the next day and were able to temporarily fix my garage door so I could use it. They returned a couple of days later with the needed parts and everything was fixed! I found Miguel to be knowledgeable (b/c he did most of the talking) and both were polite, professional and followed safety protocols. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: Replaced torsion springs, replaced bottom rubber, repaired some metal crossbars and serviced door.

Received prompt call back and Miguel was on-site in a couple of hours and fixed my broken torsion spring and cable better than new... the spring used was rated for more cycles than the previous one! Very fast, friendly and professional. Warranted one year. Would definitely hire them in the future.

But the Overhead Door serviceman advised that for a small service charge, the opener could be adjusted so that it would work and probably give us a few more years of service. We chose that option and it has worked very well since then.

They also had a A rating on Angie's list I called at 7:30 AM and they agreed to come the same day between 10 and 12 noon. They arrived at 11:00AM and the tech was very polite and professional. He gave me a price and approximate time of repairs. Ii agreed and the work was done immediately. They did an excellent job. The door runs so much quieter than before.

Description of Work: My wife and I attended the local home show at the Convention Center (March 1-3). There was a both for the Overhead Door Co. What I did not know and what was not communicated to my wife or I was that this office was in Eastern Connecticut and that they did not want to do the job. This was made know after trying to contact them. I contacted the Hartford office (I live in Windsor) and they were great. Immediate response and installation. We originally needed one door opener replaced. We were so pleased that we added the other opener replaced.
