1. Marc Gottesdiener & Co., Inc. was incorporated in March 1984 in Hartford after Marc had been licensed in real estate since 1977. The company appraises, brokers, consults, develops, exchanges,helps to finance, invests, leases, and manages property in greater Hartford and beyond. There are residential appraisers that cover the state of CT and Marc specializes in commercial and investment appraisal while managing his own investments and for othersof a mixture of greater Hartford properties. Marc has sold and appraised smaller land parcels, single families, multifamilies, larger apartment complexes, mixed-use properties, retail and industrial real estate, and handled leasing and rehab of hundreds of mostly apartment units in mostly greater Hartford. Marc has exchanged properties in different states. 2.There is the owner/president, book keeper, office manager and appraisers, and various independent contractors including laborers. 3.We do use subcontractors depending upon the assignment. 4.Appraiser- certified general appraiser-RCG.246 since 1988 5.Broker- and member of National Realtors Association- REB.0757660,licensed since 1977 as agent and 1979 as broker. Pricing- each assignment is treated unique and depending upon the appraisal scope of work may depend on the type of forms to use for the type of appraisal; many times it may need to be ordered by the lender. No fee for the first time of brokerage, exchanging or representation analyzation if the parties decide whether or not they can work together 6.Will give a 10% discount for an angie's member priority 7.We helped sponsor the Monday Night jazz Series in Bushnell Park, the longest continuous jazz concert series in America, and of the Hartford Jazz Society. We helped clean up Hartford and received a mayor's award/citation for Pope Park North. Was a Board member of HART-Hartford Areas Rally Together Listed in Who's Who in Creative Real Estate out of California beginning in the mid 1980's the Appraisal Institute- a national appraisal affiliate promulagating ethically correct analysis Have sold a 8.2 M apartment and shopping center in Meriden, CT in 1985 qualified expert witness in all county and CT state courts Started my own business at age 14 Placed 125th in the 1975 Boston Marathon in 2:31:31 Have a 4.9* out of 5* from service magic after 7 years
