They were horrible. They were absolutely terrible. I contracted the work in May 2011. They did not start the work until July 2011 and completed the work only in November 2011. The owner is James Kearney. They did good work, but it took them forever and they were very bad at communicating. I work from home, which was easy to arrange for. However, they did not show up. They did this for weeks together. I would have liked to stay informed, but James did not call. When I called him, he did not return my calls. Later, he told me that he did not get my messages. It really frustrated me. The project cost me about $14,000, including labor and material. Their attention to detail was excellent. Their carpenter was excellent; he did a very nice job. They subcontracted the plumbing work. The plumbers were decent, but they left a mess all around and they were difficult to have in my home; I found them to be very unprofessional. So, the carpentry was good; the finishing work was very good. The person who installed the tiles was excellent; I did not have any complaints with his work. The plumbers actually cracked one of the tiles when they were installing the tub. The person installing the tiles replaced that tile 24 hours later. He did a nice job as I wanted it to be perfected. Some of the contractors were excellent, while the others were not. I believe that the delay was caused because of the plumbers. When they did show up, the plumbers were just comedy of errors. They brought the wrong stuff; they brought the wrong size; and then would come back again. They were in my house probably more than I was. The subcontractors were good, but the finishing work could not be done until the plumbers came in. Overall, this company was good, but they could not communicate well. I had paid them a significant amount of deposit of $4,000. At one point of time, when I had not heard from them for three weeks, I felt they would not be coming back out to finish the job. I would have rated them better, but their failure to communicate was very challenging to deal with. I will not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Fusion Bath and Kitchen to do a bathroom remodel. They remodeled my upstairs bathroom. They gutted the plastered walls, tore up the flooring, removed everything in the bathroom, and rebuilt the bathroom from scratch. They put in new tile floor with a lot of detailing work.
