ceramic tile, flooring contractor
+ 0 moreOverall we thought it went well until the caulking started to crack after a couple of weeks. We then called 2 different times and were told they would pass the message onto the tile person. He then called and said he would be out in a few days. After a week and a few more phone calls we were told he quit and they would pass the message over to the boss. After another few phone calls they set up an appointment for 9:30 on a Monday. After 4 different phone calls since they had not arrived and promises that they would show up at 11, 1, 3 just finishing a job etc....we gave up and received their answering machine at 5 when the person still had not showed up. No call explaining what has happened. We are so disgusted that we are going to hire a private person to come in and do the work and submit the bill to Creations Factory. If they give us any grief at paying then they are going to find themselves in small claims court with treble damages being requested.
Description of Work: We had our bathroom walls and floor tiled. We had to deal with their Hartford office.
