Description of Work: Helped me move out of my apartment to another. They were nice enough on the phone and even accommodated my near-to-date needs, but the team they sent were incredibly unprofessional (well one guy was solid, but the other "kid" just complained the whole time about how he was playing basketball the day before....like I care!). I had to get involved immensely and push them to work harder and faster as it was taking waaaay longer then it should. I guess I got what I paid for, but no, I would absolutely not use them again. Note: They also damaged some of my furniture using tape they brought with them. I contacted the owner and didn't get a response.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. The Team was on time and worked really hard. Everything made it to the destination and nothing broke. They were very careful with our delicate stuff and used moving blankets to cover the furniture. The one snafu was they showed up with two trucks and one was too small to get everything in. But the owner personally showed up the next morning before the buyer walk through and picked up the remainder. I thought the best part of dealing with this mover was his integrity. He was very nice, very polite, and I felt I could easily trust him with all my worldly goods. He proved me correct.
Description of Work: Moved my four bedroom house one hour away to my new home.
