Paid the past due bill early the day before pick up and they did not pick it up. Called to find out the reason it was not picked up and was told they looked at the payment the morning of the pick up and not the day when the payment was made. The only option they offer was to send someone out 2 days later for an additional $ 10 even though the bill is paid in full. Quite a scam! By the way, need I mention that I have been a loyal customer for 15 years? Wow, talk about not honoring customer loyalty! Shame on All Waste Inc.

We have used All Waste for 2 years now and continue to be satisfied with their service. They come weekly to use a robotic arm connected to the garbage truck to pick up the 60 gallon container for garbage. The recycling is done with a 10 gallon blue recycling box. The only sorting that is necessary is separating the cut and tied boxes from the newspaper from the bottles.

We called to initiate service, and they delivered a recycling bin and garbage can the following Monday with service starting on Wednesday. Garbage is collected weekly in a single plastic tote about 5' high that is on wheels. Their truck is designed to pick up the tote w/o an operator having to lift it. Recycling is collected every other week. They charge $72/qtr for the services. We have had no problems in the month we have had service. We selected this provider since it seemed they were the most popular on our street, and our neighbor who used them had no complaints.
