Description of Work: Installed new window blinds in 18 windows. The local installer was very good, but the fabracation plant in CA got the measurements wrong three separate times causing the installer to make 4 separate installation appointments.

 + -1 moreThe representative came when expected to show his wares. No high pressure. Gave helpful advice re' available colors & styles. When my husband and I made our choice, the rep took the order and arranged for an installer to come in about a week. Credit card payment. The installer, from another part of the state, had only one open appointment in our area, so we had to take it. The appointment was for 2 o'clock on a day we were expecting lunch guests at 1:30. Though it would be awkward, I hoped the installation would go quickly . The installer knew about the situation and kindly telephoned that morning, when there was a cancellation, saying he could come at 11 o'clock. What a relief! He arrived on time, did the work with dispatch & cleaned up after himself. He was friendly and patiently explained how to use the remote control, answering all questions. We appreciate the forest view from our dining area windows, but needed a way to lessen brilliant sunshine during lunchtime. These translucent shades do that perfectly. The remote device quietly raises & lowers the two, separately or together P.S. I have a familial tremor (think Katharine Hepburn) & always have trouble with hidden passwords, since it's difficult to proofread them. Sorry that several efforts have failed to get it right. I would like to support this very satisfactory service, if possible. This is the first time I've used any rating agency. I hope I'll succeed another time, but really have to go to bed now. I've heard only good reviews about Angie's List.
