Description of Work: Needed to have a pad replaced and then the carpet restretched and reattached in our basement after water damage. They were very well priced, very friendly, cleaned up before they left and everything looks great!

Description of Work: I went to their showroom, explained what I was looking for and the salesman was excellent. Not only did he assist me in searching carpet samples for a long time, but he ordered me a larger sample of a particular carpet in the color I was interested in, and had it mailed to my home. I placed the order and the carpet was delivered on time. Their installation people were very professional. The carpet still looks incredible and has stood up to 2 dogs and 2 teenagers!

Description of Work: Went in on Saturday, told salesman what I wanted. He gave me choices and samples. Later that day we phoned in our choice and got an installation date of MONDAY. installers were very professional, great attention to detail.There was not the tiniest scratch on the wood panelling, excellent installation under the radiators. We are plannning to use them for other rooms of the house.
