+ -1 moreCal is a lovely guy, responsive, clear, and straightforward. His job manager Dennis was totally professional. He and his team were clean, efficient, and did a fantastic job, totally on time. They were excellent problem solvers and had great suggestions. Cal was disappointed that because of other contractors they couldn't finish until three days after we moved in. We will definitely use them in the future.
Description of Work: Extensive prep work and painting of 2400 sq ft townhouse.

+ -1 moreRoland C Morgan and Son is an extremely efficient and high quality painting business. Mr Morgan arrived exactly on time for the appraisal, his bid was mailed exactly when he said it would be and his crew arrived as scheduled and punctually every day, working hard until the job was finished. Mr Morgan also offered very useful advice regarding paint choices to cover the soot staining. I am very impressed with the quality of the work- the house looks better than new. Lead painter John and his crew's craftsmanship were exceptional throughout. Even the cleaners I later employed to do windows, tile floors etc commented on the high quality of the paint job and how well the painters had cleaned up . I will certainly employ Mr Morgan's company in the future.
Description of Work: Clean and repaint interior of 1450 sq ft rental house, including remediation of severe soot staining on walls and ceilings, and mold and mildew in the bathroom, with a specified start date and limited window to work.
