Description of Work: I have been a customer of Jerry's Fuel, Danny and Son for the past 10 years. The company comes out each year to clean and service my oil fired furnace. Jerry, the owner, cares about the quality and service his company performs. He is a hands on owner willing to come out for any emergency, even on holidays. My furnace went out over Thanksgiving weekend and he got it up and running again at a very reasonable cost. He does maintenance work on furnaces too. The company is located in my former neighborhood so I knew it would be a business that embraced the idea of excellent customer service, something exhibited by the office manager as well every time I call. She is both personable and efficient, remembering who I am and where I live.

+ -1 moreThey leave the bill in the mailbox. We used them at our other house and when we moved they came here. They are good; they come and take care of everything. We are replacing the furnace in the spring so we can be more energy efficient.
Description of Work: My house was built in the 1950s and I have the original furnace. Jerry Fuel comes once a year to take care of my furnace. They came last week to fill my oil tank.
