While they removed the mold and treated the affected area, I don't have a lot of confidence that they did a good job. They also failed to complete the project and seem to have abandoned the job. Namely the reconstruction of the wall and closet removed to access the mold. What work they did do on the reconstruction was amateurish. Perhaps they should stick to mold removal. I will now have to find someone else to complete the job.

The crew showed up on time but had a problem with the cleaning machine. The next day a different man cam and he cleaned the rugs. He did a good job. The owner of the business did not give me a follow up call.

The results are impressive. Just closed on a condo in Heritage Village Southbury, carpet and tile were filthy. Chose Ercolano cleaning through Home Advisor as they were very highly rated with a long business history. The crew was on time and careful. As we live in NC, it was a relief to have a reliable, professional company we could trust since we were not on site. I will hire them again, and recommend them to anyone.

Also hired them to power wash the house at the same time. Father and son team, very courteous and friendly. There was a misunderstanding on the scheduled appointment and they made it work for the day I had set aside for the project.

I hired this service to do a thorough, deep clean of an entire home interior, basement, and garage in preparation for putting the house on the market. When they were finished, every surface, window, woodwork, walls--all were spotless and gleaming. All the gentlemen who worked on the house were professional and courteous. The owner took great care to continuously communicate with me about scheduling, etc. They showed up on the days and times they were scheduled for, and finished the job according to the deadline I set. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
