Walk through before the job. He pointed out areas where the cleaning would be difficult (baseboards very dirty) I was unable to provide the source for some of the stains (rental). "We'll do our best". Called me back in less than the estimated cleaning time. 90% success with all the stains. Baseboards MUCH improved. These guys are neat clean and efficient. Definitely recommend.
