they responded very quickly, the guy who came out was very friendly. but with in two days most of my stains have resurfaced, i know some companies will come back out but i have to give them a call and see.

The owner was the first to respond to my online inquiry. He came to my house within 48 hours to give me an estimate which was lower than the other two companies that responded. Staff is friendly and efficient. I am very happy with their cleaning and customer service!

The rep that came out to the site was very attentive and polite. Great Guy. My expectation was the carpet would be left smelling fresh and clean. My bedroom does not smell fresh. Don't know if it is the cleaner's fault or an expectation that could not be met. Wish the house smelled fresher.
