+ -1 moreAfter meetings and proposal submissions with three contractors, I chose Elm City Energy Solutions. I found Beau Couden's knowledge of the importance of conserving energy and how to implement it in a cost effective way to be the key factor in selecting his company. He was also the only company that suggested I consider insulating the ceiling in the basement. He assisted in all phases of the project including when I decided to apply for a loan from CHIF. I highly recommend Elm City Energy Solutions.
Description of Work: Initially recommended an Energy Audit from a preselected company to assure the house was sealed correctly. He then had the same company come out to insulate both the attic and basement ceiling.
