+ 0 moreMichael and Mo were very polite and professional. They worked carefully and completed the job within the time frame given. I appreciated that they both wore masks, offered to remove their shoes and cleaned up after completion. Mo also tested the HVAC system to make sure it still worked before leaving. I highly recommend Duct Dogs and will hire them again.

+ 0 moreThe technician arrived at 3:38 pm for an appointment scheduled to be from 2-4 pm. The tech was wearing a mask, and when asked if they were vaccinated was honest stating they were not. So, when we called to reschedule we insisted on having a tech that was fully vaccinated. The rep who answered the call told me that they were not allowed to ask their employees if they are vaccinated. Cleary they do not understand the law. Every business may require unvaccinated employees to wear a mask, and can therefore ask their employees if they are vaccinated. I gave them two more opportunities to assure us a vaccinated tech would be dispatched, and they rep told me I should find a new provider.
Description of Work: I wanted my duct work cleaned.
