CSS on DEMAND LLC

Like the other F review, they were provided by Choice Home Warranty. They came out on a Monday and took my visit fee $45. Plumber stayed for 3 minutes and said I need a new toilet and he would put in the diagnosis with CHW. It's now Friday and no word. I've left multiple voicemails with no call backs. I've complained to CHW too who said they are awaiting a response. Awful customer service. How are these guys still in business?

Worst experience I have ever had. Worked through HWA. They came out next day to “take a look”. Took the HWA fee and vanished. It’s been 4 weeks and they never return a phone call or answer their phone. I have had to contact HWA 8x over the past few weeks. You should never use this company for anything. Absolute worst experience I have had on an service related issue. PS. This is the only review I have ever posted on Angie’s List.

We were connected to them through a home warranty company. They said they would come the next day by 1 PM so my wife took off from work. They showed up at 6:30 - no call or warning. He took our $100 warranty fee and said he would be back the next day. Did not show up. We kept calling - the office only answers sporadically. Finally returns the call, comes over and fixes one part but says another piece is needed and he will be back the next day. No show. I call, leave messages and 5 days later I FINALLY reach someone. They can't make it that day or the next but will call me to reschedule asap. They don't call back and they do not answer the phone. Terrible communication, they still have my deposit and I still have a leak. I should have listened to the other reviews I saw online that said 'Stay away' ' I advise you to do the same.
