I'd been fairly happy with their work in the past (eg. painted exterior of our house as well), but most recently the company delayed completing the work for months and months despite having a signed contract. Their reason for delaying was they had a (more lucrative) job painting the dorms at Yale. Finally, even though school was back in session, the company stopped returning my phone calls. Even a complaint to the owner went unanswered. I could have had the work done months ago and now have to start the search process all over again. I'm highly disappointed and will not use this company again.

THIS COMPANY LEFT MY HOUSE WITH UNFINISHED WORK. THEY DID NOT FOLLOW THEIR PROCEDURES WHICH CAUSED THEM TO TAKE FOREVER ON MY HOUSE. I WON'T EVER HIRE THEM AGAIN.
