+ -1 moreHe checked out my the modem and router, and assisted with the changing with passwords. He came out to take care of this in about an hour and a half. He was available when he said he was and showed up when he said he would to complete the work. He seemed quite knowledgeable.
Description of Work: I was having trouble with my mac computer, getting email to function.

+ -1 moreIT WAS NOTHING SPECIAL OTHER THAN THEY GOT MY COMPUTER UP AND RUNNING. THIS IS WHY THEIR QUALITY WAS GOOD. THEY DID WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO QUICKLY, AND THEY DID IT WELL.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO REDO THE WHOLE COMPUTER. IT CRASHED.
