Rob was excellent! He fixed the issue at my parents house for a very very reasonable price. He went above and beyond for sure. Explained what the issue was and then fixed it. And we are 100% satisfied in the service provided. I’d recommend him to anybody looking for competent work provided by someone who’s not just looking to charge someone exorbitant prices for a job that can be done for less and will provide excellent customer service. Rob quickly came to our rescue after an ice storm caused a branch to rip off our electrical box from our house. He worked in subzero weather coordinating with the linemen from our electric company. He and his brother do exemplary work. They are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating. We recommend them without reservation! We will definitely be using Cassella Electric for all of our electrical needs!
