Description of Work: Contacted them as new client and initial call back was very responsive and then they were going to call me back when had calendar in front of them to schedule appointment and never called me back! Very bad business model

Description of Work: I tried to cancel them for may 4th. I called and left message with angie's list, I called them and left message for them and I emailed angies list. It was short notice for them (like a Saturday for may 4th cleaning apptment). They showed anyway and were very pleasant. My fiance had just had a quadruple bypass (unexpectedly). He was at my house recuperating and i could not have the dust flying around. i can get a drs. note if necessary. i tried to reschedule for august 1 and they said that they hadn't done the schedule that far out. i said why can't you put me in then and when you make your schedule, i will already be there. they said they would try and maybe come Monday or Tuesday of that week. i am having a baby shower for my daughter august 2 with overnight guests from Florida, Michigan, Pennsylvania and California. the house is new and no one has seen it and i wanted it spotless. i have 3 dogs so having the house cleaned on Monday or Tuesday would not be good. I needed it done the day before the shower. they couldn't confirm and now as the date is approaching and people are responding yes and the list is growing but they cannot commit and I need to them to confirm and they can't. I need to hire someone else from angies list.

Description of Work: Special Angie's List discount deal for 8 person-hours. Arrived on time - crew leader and 3 associates, along with buckets, mops, vacuums, detergents, etc. Did a quick walk-thru house with crew chief, pointed out specific issues (e.g., house VERY dusty, including 4 8x12 beams in living room), and they went to work. 3 or 4 questions during the 2 hours -- "did I prefer x or y?", "should they ....?", etc. Finished on time (which I really didn't expect). To say I was impressed is an UNDERstatement! The crew was efficient, effective, pleasant. I will certainly use Kimberkleen again.

 + 0 moreSherrie and her two helpers arrived at my place on time went right to work; I noticed they worked really well together. I had already discussed with Sherrie on phone prior to her coming to my place on what I wanted done. Sherrie sprayed some oven cleaner in my oven while that sitting she went right to work helping her girls clean my blinds. After the two helpers finished with the blinds they helped Sherrie with my oven, as I stated, it was very dirty due to my daughter always letting things spill over onto it, I have never let my oven get near that dirty in my adulthood, however, they said they had seen dirtier. I was actually embarrassed to show it to them that was how dirty it was. I could not even use my self-cleaning unit because my fire and smoke alarms went off. I am kind of a clean freak, I like my house clean and they passed my test with cleaning and that isn't easy to do. I could not clean it myself because I had major foot surgery and have been in surgical boot, therefore, I have limitations while in the boot.
Description of Work: Sherrie and her two workers cleaned my blinds, my oven which was very dirty because my daughter lived with me for a while and cleaned the vent above the oven.

 + -1 moreThe K-Team came in on a day that it was snowing heavy. The kept their appointment even though the weather was bad. They came in while i was not home. When I arrived home about 3 hours after they arrived, the entire house was spotless. I could not believe that they were able to get the shower so clean. I was told by others that they could not get it clean but The K-Team made it look like it was brand new. The floors were very clean, they cleaned in the corners and behind everything, under the bed was clean and under the sinks. I was really pleased with their service. I am a picky person and i could not find anything that i was not happy with. I would recommend them enthusiastically to anyone who needs a house cleaning service.
Description of Work: The K-Team came in and cleaned the floors, bathroom, tub, dusted, counters, sink , made the beds, took down spider webs and much more.

I plan on them returning in two weeks. The price was higher because it was my first cleaning with is expected to take a bit longer than following visits.
