They should have told me before starting that conditions or extent of work had changed and that the price would be different from what they estimated instead of just going ahead with the work and billing me so much more. It felt like a bait and switch, especially as I had another similar estimate for the same work that I feel would have come in as quoted. Won’t use them again."
