Description of Work: Mike responded to my Angie's List email very quickly. I had drawn up what I believed to be a cost saving idea for my patio. He kindly pointed out the flaws in my plan without being condescending. He made some suggestions and gave me an idea of cost right on the spot. There was no high pressure sales pitch. He even told me not to waste my money having my lawn reworked since it would just return to its ""country style"" because of my location and lawn conditions (lots of trees and pines). Anyhow, I came up with a new plan that he was very enthusiastic about. There were a couple of delays when the brick was late and another day or two because his mason was occupied with his wife's childbirth, no problem. Once everything was set it only took a day and a half. The mason worked very efficiently despite 90+ temps in full sun. I am thrilled with my new patio and would not hesitate to recommend Guerrera. Landscaping."

 + -1 moreIt is a pleasure to work with Mike and his crew. The guys are all prompt and courteous. Mike is full of wonderful ideas. He did a good job of listening to our desires and taking them into consideration when he proposed his plans. You may find someone who will charge a little less, but you won't find anyone who will work with you as well as Mike. Between the hardscaping and landscaping, we love using our backyard.
Description of Work: Mike created a "naturalized" area in our backyard. His crew prepared the beds, planted and mulched the area. This was to compliment the hardscaping that Mike did in 2011, when he installed a patio, walkways and a stonewall to surround a flower bed.

 + -1 moreThis was in February. There was a blizzard. I don't recall the exact price. I shovelled a lot of it, so I don't think he charged me the full price. He came when he said he would. His customer service skills were excellent. I would give him top marks across the board.

 + -1 moreperfectly ......the flower beds are great....... my neighbors were amazed at how quickly it was done They commented on how professional the crew was and that there was absolutely no mess to the neighborhood I think the new lanscaping looks great and so does everyone who passes by Mike is great he came by to assess the job within a day or two of my phone call He sent me a plan and estimate soon after the assessment He was able to schedule the work in a very timely manner

 + -1 moreWe had a hard time finding a snowplower after my original plower got stuck after the blizzard. I spoke to Mike on Tuesday evening and he said he would check it out the next day. On Wednesday, he was there at 6:30 a.m. plowing us out. He even gave me a discount for the amount of hand shoveling I did during the previous few days. I would definitle hire his company again for other types of jobs.
Description of Work: Snowplowing after blizzard. A prior snowplower got stuck at the top of our drive right after the storm and deposited a huge snow bank, blocking the entire driveway.

Description of Work: I needed the front of my house relandscaped. I also had a sink hole in the driveway and a drainage problem. Mike came out and told me what needed doing and gave me an approximate estimate on the spot. I needed excavation of the driveway and filling with gravel, topsoil and then sod. In addition, I needed a retaining wall built, the stoop and steps replaced and a walkway installed. Mike met me at the wholesale place and we chose the stone for the wall and steps and the pavers for the walkway. He gave me excellent advise and guided me to some good choices that were reasonably priced and gave me the look I wanted. His crew was here within a week and the job was finished within 3 weeks. I could not be happier with the quality of the work and the stone wall that they constructed is truly a thing of beauty. He was available at all times, responsive to my requests and the finished product cost exactly what he had estimated. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering landscaping work. Several of my neighbors commented on the quality of the work and have asked Mike for estimates. I am sure they will be equally pleased.
