+ -1 moreIt was amazing, I was totally speechless. I had other companies that steam clean and they didn't do anywhere near the results I got from Crystal Clean. My clients thought I bought new carpet for my office. The carpets in my home look and feel brand new. The stains that the dog left and that doggy smell all went away and that brand new plush feeling and brightness of the carpet came back to life!! You can tell Ralph really loves what he does. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and on time. I was blown away. His prices were very comparable to the other companies out there. But I will say this, you get what you pay for!!! I will definitely be calling him again to get my upholstery and carpets cleaned! I recommend him to all my family, friends, and clients.
Description of Work: Ralph was able to get the oil stains out of my carpet in my office and he also cleaned the carpets at my home. He was able to get the stains from the dog out and make everything look brand new.

+ -1 more... But they didn't show up! Didn't respond to my two follow up phone calls asking where they were; they didn't ever call me back. Very annoying, since I'd arranged to be home for them had done prep work in anticipation....
Description of Work: Called them and arranged a specific time for them to come and clean the wall-to-wall carpets in my home. I prepared for the visit (moved fragile objects etc).

+ -1 moreVery prompt, courteous, careful and reasonably priced. His equipment is very good and produces very hot water. He pretreated the rugs and they came out quite well.
Description of Work: Steam cleaned 3 rooms and 4 area rugs.

+ -1 moreI DIDN'T THINK IT WAS POSSIBLE FOR MY DINING ROOM TO EVER BE CLEAN AGAIN, BUT THEY SURPRISED ME. THEY WERE ALSO CAUTIOUS WITH ALL OF MY BELONGINGS AND PUT PLASTIC UNDER THE FURNITURE.
Description of Work: I HAD MY CARPETS CLEANED IN FOUR ROOMS, TWO HALLWAYS, AND ONE STAIRWELL.
