Barttlet's was one of four quotes we got for the job. they were neither the highest nor the lowest. The gentleman that came out to estimate the job was very nice, knowledgeable and seemed to care about the trees. He talked me out of removing a tree, dsaying that after the trim it would be better shaped and safe for many more years. I chose Bartlett's primarily because they were going to use climbers rather than bucket trucks. I thought (correctly it turns out) that there would be less damage to the yard without having heavy equipment driving on the soft autumn lawn. After returning the contract I received an email confirmation and the very next day there was a knock on the door at 7:50 am asking if could do the trimming that day. I was very surprised by the short turnaround. I was there for the first two hours but then had to leave them on their own. When I returned that evening the yard was clean and there was hardly a trace of the presence of three workmen nor the two trucks and chipper.

Exorbitant price quotes. Quoted close to $15,000 to remove four trees from our residence. When I requested alternative options, the person cited he needs to inspect again and then never got back. They were prompt and punctual for the first appointment.

Contacted Bartlett early spring to set up appointment. Gary came over the following day and surveyed my property and trees. We walked the property together and discussed a game plan. Gary returned to his vehicle and quickly presented me with copies of written estimates of what we discussed. The following morning they showed up and performed all as planned. I have used Bartlett several times in the past and will continue to do so.

I called to have a couple of tree's removed and trimmed, they scheduled an appointment with me to give me an estimate for the job. The Owner arrived for our schedule appointment and we discussed what needed to be done and he explained how his crew would do the work. After reviewing the estimate we booked the job with the office. The crew arrived ontime with a bucket truck, huge crane and dump truck towing a chipper. The crew confirmed with me what needed to be done and where septic tank etc were located, then they setup and got to work. They were very professional, organized and worked together well. To remove the tree's, they used the bucket to get up into the tree, tied off the limbs to the crane and removed each limb carefully, then swung the limb to the chipper and it was immediately chipped into the truck. When they were done they raked up any remaining sawdust and hauled everything away. I've had many tree's removed in the past and in my opinion they were fantastic. I won't hesetate at all to call them for the next tree removal.

They were wonderful. They couldn’t get the tree out any other way but over my house.

They seem to be professional in doing their job. They don't bother anybody. They come and then they go. They leave a little note saying that they've been here, and then you get your bill.

Very large oak tree. The roots were destroying our driveway.Excellent service. Everything taken away and cleaned up. Would definitely call on them again.

They were excellent. Their bid was far lower than one of the other tree services that came out. They were quick and professional. The arborist that came out tried to help us save some money. They cleaned up after themselves, and they did a very good job. Our trees look great.

It turned out great. Their price is very competitive. I have had great result from them for the last 5 or 6 years.

We have used Ken before. I called to schedule an estimate. Ken arrived prompted and looked over the trees we wanted pruned and those we wanted to remove. Since there was no rush on the job, he said he would in the fall and do the work. I did have to call once to remind him. We received a call from the office the day before the work took place to give us a heads up. Early the next morning two men arrived and got to work. They trimmed the trees first, and cut down, chipped and removed all the debris from the trees they removed.

We have used them twice, the bill reflects 3 trees that were pruned and they removed 9 other trees. They were professional and they clean up after themselves.

THEY ARE A VERY RESPONSIBLE AND RELIABLE COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WHILE WORKING. THEY WERE ALSO VERY CLEAN WORKERS. BEFORE THEY LEFT, THEY GAVE ME GREAT TIPS AND ADVICE ON HOW TO KEEP MY TREES HEALTHY.
