HORRIBLE, If you have an option between ANYBODY and Thames Valley go with anybody!! Your internet will faster if you hotspot it off your phone!!!!

Charged me incorrectly! When I moved away from CT, I canceled my Thames Valley Communications account and RETURNED THE MODEM TO THEIR OFFICE. However, they lost the paperwork indicating that I returned it and they incessantly charged me for the modem even after I explained that I had returned it and spoke with several representatives. I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT USE THEM. They are unprofessional, thieves.
Description of Work: Cable company incorrectly charged me for the modem I returned.

I called to find out about service. Customer service is very pleasant - its a small company so there aren't long waits when you call I set up an appointment. The installer came right on time and asked me where I'd like to have service installed. He did exactly what I asked and was very pleasant. I was very happy. I've had questions twice and quickly received an answer when I phoned. Customer service is great.

They are local and good. Everything is good except our televisions sometimes kind of switch off. They have a great price. When you call them, they call you back if you have a problem.

Description of Work: I was a Comcast customer for 2 hrs but now the prices have gone up again so I returned to TVC after meeting Shawn Leandro .He was very professional and very helpful and he explained the fabulous promotion TVC offer. The installation was today ,my Internet speed is faster the signal is stronger. The TV channels are good and I still have my same phone number. So far I am very pleased
