+ -1 moreCable company didn't connect their VOIP hookup to existing house phone lines, which the alarm system needed, so Rugh installed the necessary connection. Replaced three old wired-in smoke detectors with new devices, also replaced old, worn-out siren with new device. Explained use of alarm system, tested connection with base service, walked me through using various functions of system, updated software, replaced old battery. Were friendly, informative, cleaned up, and worked quickly and efficiently. Fully lived up to the recommendation the previous woner of the house gave me. Would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Installed three new smoke detectors and a new siren. Installed connection between house phone jacks and cable modem/router/phone hub.
