I got a call within minutes of my inquiry on HomeAdvisor from Outdoor Property Services. The crew was 1/2 hour away but came right away, mowed and trimmed, answered my questions about a few problem areas on my lawn and off they went. Very professional, friendly and quick. Outdoor Property Services tackled our 1.5 acre yard covered thick in the Autumn leaf, stick, and acorn fall. It was a huge undertaking to say the least; work that we could no longer handle. The crew removed all of the leaves and all of those little tiny sticks that are so prevalent in yards with old growth oak trees. The outcome was spotless; I don t remember our yard ever looking so good. We would definitely recommend them and we couldn t be happier.

My experiences with OPS were incredibly positive from request to completion. I was asking to have 2 large cypress thread bushes removed and a small sand cherry tree taken out. They responded to my request within half an hour. They were out here to assess the job that same day, offered a more-than-fair rate to complete the work, and did so without any remnants of work being done. The job site was left impeccably clean. I met with Matt when he came out to assess the job. He was very polite, professional, & knowledgeable. He left me feeling very confident. Then I spoke with Bill, the owner, to discuss moving forward (date/time)... equally as polite, professional, & knowledgeable. I wasn't home the day the job was completed, but I found out later that some neighbors stopped by to check things out. They told me how impressed they were with how smoothly everything went and that the owner, Bill, was onsite before the crew and stayed until completion. They also mentioned the crew was very positive and worked rather methodically & efficiently to get the job done. Their words... 'it was really impressive'. Not only did I receive a follow-up text from Bill that night; I also got a phone call from him the next morning to make sure I was satisfied with their work. What can I say... you can't ask for better customer service than that! 😊 I'll be keeping OPS' phone number handy for future outdoor jobs I have. Thanks guys!
