I hired them for recurring lawn care. Started out fine. First two times they came, they did the job, even though the employees did the work while smoking on my property, without asking. But by the third time, they didn't do anything and still charged me. They came while I was out, on a Saturday, when up until that point they had come on a weekday and my cameras didn't pick up anyone outside my house. When I called them to discuss they said they would make up for it, the next time they came out. A week later I get an invoice, saying that they mowed the lawn, but nothing was done and again the cameras didn't pick anyone up. Did I mention that I work from home and no one showed up. I emailed them with all this evidence, saying I would not be paying for the last two invoices since nothing was done and I never received a response. Avoid at all cost.

An estimator came out the day after my call, within a day or two after that I received the estimate and a crew of 4 men was here a couple days later. They cleaned up the yard of leaves and branches and were done within 4 hours. My prior service had decided he no longer wanted to travel from Wfd. to Ledyard after @ 15 years of being a customer. His delay in coming meant my leaves had rested on the ground over the winter. I was happy with the quick and good service I received and will use again.

The crew that comes to mow our grass and weed wack start the job and never stop until the job is finished. They do a great job and we are always 100% satisfied. The gentleman who came to our house was very prompt and did a wonderful job spraying all of the poison ivy on our landscape area and sidewalk. He was very friendly and helpful.

Gave this company a very difficult task on clearing a hillside property on the water. They didn t turn it down and did and exceptional job on removing all the overgrowth. They have an A+ crew over there that can handle anything.
