Not as planned, First, they ordered wrong color and of course blamed the manufacturer for mix up, delaying installation 3-4 weeks. Second, they had difficulty making a access door. Third, when Frost heaves lifted 3 posts out of ground, (Was told I wouldn’t have that problem) after 2 years, they haven’t shown up or contacted me after numerous calls and email with promises that Jon would get back to me. Very unprofessional...if you couldn’t be bothered, at least have Lisa, who was courteous and professional let me know you couldn’t be bothered. Should be noted, I installed a cheap wooden fence that never lifted up for 15 years and thought this would be a nice upgrade to vinyl. Should have read reviews closer and used somebody else.

I should have used another company, had issues from day one from them ordering wrong color to unable to figure how to make a access door. Now the fencing I used to make a outdoor shower enclosure is lifting up and looks like a 10 year old put it together. Stopped by office and was told Jon was on Vacation and would be back next Monday and would get back to me. Three weeks later, stopped by again and Jon was swamped and must have forgotten to call me. She said he would contact me the following week. 9 days later...Nothing. Do yourself a favor and use some other Company.

Used this company to install vinyl fence as an outdoor shower enclosure. Ordered wrong color, install dated moved back 45 days. 2 1/2 years later, posts coming out of ground causing fence to shift. Company never contacted me after numerous requests for them to come over. I had old pressure treated posts before and never had problem and we wanted to upgrade to vinyl. Latest reviews are negative with same problem of not standing by their work. Positive reviews are old.

Came out to give us an estimate in no time. Installer was there the next day to set the posts and the job was finished by the end of the week. Couldn't be happier. Fence came out beautiful and Marc, the installer, was a really nice guy. I don't expect to need another fence for a very long time but if I did, I would call these guys.

Overall a good experience and we get compliments on our new fence. The salesman did a good job showing us the various choices of vinyl fence and measuring and writing up a contract. Communication was the only stumbling block we encountered. My e-mails were never returned and calls to the office weren't effective. We had the best experience when we went to the showroom in person to handle business. Jon Luther is very personable and we felt confident in his ability. We were out of town when the crew showed up to start work on the fence and a neighbor called to let us know. My husband called Jon and they just removed the old wooden fence that day and waited until we were back before starting the new installation. There were several decisions that had to be made on the day of the install regarding did we want the fence to follow the slope of the yard or to be horizontal which would cause an increasing size gap between the lawn and bottom of the fence. I found it a little difficult to make the decision the day of the install and wish we had thought it over before the installation. We are happy with end result, though and would recommend them. 9/22/2014 Update: We had some shifting of a fence post over the first winter which caused our double gate to be very difficult to open and close. We contacted Luther fence and they fixed the problem for us. It's good to know that they stand by their work!

Measured and designed a fence for my backyard that is a perfect color, works extremely well for my dogs and has received nothing but complements from neighbors and friends.

They came highly recommended. They gave me a quote and a time, and they stood by it. I was happy with their work. Their prices were competitive. My overall experience with them was excellent.
