Eric was very professional, answered all questions, great with our dog. He explained the process and answered all our questions. Our dog stays in the yard, and it's great to know she is safe within her boundary.

Paid close attention to what I wanted for the safety of my two small pups. Was very helpful and professional. Spent time with explaining how the electronic fence worked and trading me and my dogs. Came back to see how we were progressing . They truly cared about the well being of my dogs. The fence is working out great! I can let my dogs run in the yard and not worry about them running down the driveway into the road. Great company!

With seven acres of fenced paddocks, fields and woods, I didn't think I'd need a fence for Tug the Whippet. Well, I was wrong; he wanted to play with all of the neighborhood dogs when they walked by every night and morning. Even though it's a dead-end road, cars still go by often enough for me to worry. Being a sight hound, I was wasn't confident that an invisible fence would work for a little, fast and curious puppy. Eric has been incredible. Every time I would text with a concern, he was right on it. Tug is now safely watching(not chasing) the neighbors go by and the cats running away from him. Thank you, Dog Guard of Eastern CT/RI!!!

Fully explained the process and the benefits vs. self installation. He's always in contact to check in on progress and will come out several times to progress training. I was amazed how quickly the dog learned!

Eric at Dog Guard is a top rate person to do business. He is prompt, knowledgeable concerning the installation, experienced in explaining the system and does outstanding training for my high energy standard poodles. The fense offers them a very large, safe space to play. Eric taught them the boundries and the dogs are aware of where they can roam. I highly recommend Eric.
