The contractor, Jake is an excellent high pressure salesman. After money was exchanged he absolutely refused to discuss any issue, he would over-talk and get defensive and loud. A new pella window screen was cut as a result of painter removing plastic from window, when I showed him this he came back at me like I did this. He took screen to fix and never brought back. When I contacted him several times to ask about this he said that he would drop it off when he was in area to do another job that they had,contacted him again more than a week later, and he was rude and over-talking again and said that I threatened him. He would't give me any idea as to when he planned on replacing the screen. Another issue paint on two other new screens and plastic covering left on light fixture at front door, ( about 10 feet up from step) He made me feel like I was at his mercy, I am abit uneasy about him returning here. Also clean up was not good.

Fantastic meticulous job painting (including small repairs and complete priming) of my shed. Attention to detail was impressive.

I am just so impressed with their fairness and honesty. We had them install a new roof on our home and they reconnected the gutters that were off as a consideration for us. We had several bids on the roof and they undercut EVERYONE!!! Please do not hire anyone else. No one could be better than Sullivan Contracting for a roof replacement. I am so impressed!

Every employee was dedicated to making the project as perfect as possible. They owned my job -- Jake, my liaison. as well as Don and Barry. I couldn't have asked for more -- yet I did. I hired them for the dry wall, but I ended giving them the flooring as well. The craftsmen are skilled and versatile.
