Did an excellent and fast job on my very large outbuilding. Their price was a little higher than others but was well worth it. They cleaned up well after the job was completed and did everything they said they would do. Very happy with the outcome and recommend them highly. I would use them again.

31Aug19 Update: After I wrote this review, the owner, George, quickly called me and resolved the issue. I received the warranty within days. Update: After I paid them in full, it took us 7 months to get them to come back and fix some issues with the initial roof installation. We still have not received the warranty for the roof and labor after 8 months of constantly calling, emailing and texting them. I do not recommend them. Jake promises and does not deliver. He was going to fix our siding too and never delivered anything he promised on that project either. He had many excuses. I even emailed him a pdf of the IKO warranty I found on the IKO website. All he had to do was sign it and return it to me. He could not even do that.

From start to finish it was a pleasure doing business with them. Their crew was professional they put the roof on very quickly the quality of work was great the roof looks great they did a terrific clean up job I would definitely recommend them to my friends and hire them for my next project

Great job. It was done in one day and afterward looked like they hadn't been here except for the new roof.

Completed new roof in one day. Worked on a Sunday to beat the bad weather. Scheduled job and completed roof in seven days. Needed a wind proof roof and they delivered with a 50 year warranty. Thanks

From first contact to project completion, Jake, Mario and Patrick were professional, courteous and went above and beyond to complete the roofing project exactly as quoted at the price quoted. I will and have recommended them.

Weather delayed the start of the project but when they arrived around noon and got started they were done by 5:30. Everything was cleaned up like they were never there. Thanks for a job well done.

The workers were GREAT they didn't stop until the job was done (three roof sections in one day ) Big house - Big job No problem. These guy's and one gal were professionals!!!

I highly recommend these guys. No slackers all work there but off. Clean up was way better than i thought almost like they were never here! I had 3 roofs done in 1 day!

Buyer beware. Workmanship on shingles was good. Gutter work was less than terrible. Workers were polite and cleaned up after each day on the job. HOWEVER, customer service is less than nonexistent. Salesman was late for every appointment and had more excuses than a 5th grader who didn't do his homework. There were problems with the gutter installation that still have not been fixed. Salesman had more excuses for the poor workmanship on gutters and went so far as to insult my intelligence when I pointed out the defective installation. Promises, more promises, but zero action after over 5-months of promises. I finally got a call back from the owner with more promises, and still no action. Buyer beware.

They were excellent! Honest, fast, courteous, hard working, willing to help in any way. Went above and beyond for me. There work was very well done.

We had a hole under solar panels from squirrels. Out solar company was out of business so no one else would touch our house. Sullivan Contracting not only tackled the job but did it quickly, professionally and courteously. They had a major job doing our house but it was done quicker than we thought! And it looks awesome!!

They were great, i was given a fair price to paint my home. They did all work as promised. Kept my home clean and the end result was remarkable.

VERY Knowledgeable. I look forward to having them do MANY projects for me :) They just finished my roof yesterday in the freezing cold. I heard them laughing and having fun. Go figure!! They took two layers of roof off & installed another one. They cleaned up and did a great job, for a great price. More jobs to come :)

Jake provided a prompt and accurate verbal estimate for replacing a pipe seal, which was a bit higher than others', but unlike them, he actually showed up at the house! He then called several times to tell me he was sending a written estimate. When it finally arrived, it was clear and consistent with what we had discussed. The work was done within 5 days, in one 2 hour session. It is hard for me to judge quality yet: the main issue was a leak into the attic and bedroom ceiling when it rained or snowed.

the workers showed up faster than expected, and finish the job in one day. The material was upgraded at no extra cost, and they did a good cleanup. I'm very satisfied with the better than expected job.
